The growing collective awareness of environmental issues, especially regarding water resources, combined with a need in the market for plastic recycling, to reduce processing costs as much as possible, connected to the management of human and production resources, are the main reasons why Depur Padana Acque developed innovative solutions to purify processing water, and reuse it in closed cycles.
Depur Padana Acque’s continuous and direct dialogue with small and large companies in the Plastic Recycling sector has allowed us to encounter the issues linked to the water of these production activities, which often require “the recycler” to accept undesirable compromises in terms of production quality and management costs.
The purified waste water is reused in order to feed:
In addition to building complete purification plants, Depur Padana Acque proposes targeted and effective solutions for specific sector needs, which include, separation and washing systems for sand contained in water, large-mesh grille units and fine micro-filtration for the removal of fine paper/fibrous material, combined with compaction systems and process sludge dehydration units using Centrifugal Extractors.
Lastly, Depur Padana Acque offers an important Scheduled or “on call” Assistance Service for its Plants installed throughout the Country or abroad, with prompt on-site intervention or through consultations with specialized Technical Staff.
