The production equipment for cosmetic and trichology productions needs to be washed frequently (shampoos, bath gel, body lotion, emulsions, hair dye, hair conditioners, etc.), namely: turbo-emulsifiers, loading hoppers, pumps, mixers, glassware and various tools.

The water used to wash this equipment therefore generates waste water containing various contaminating substances, organic and non, released by the residues of the cosmetic products themselves. A specific treatment is required to remove these pollutants, so that the purified water can then be conveyed to the drain, in compliance with the Anti-pollution Regulations (ref. Legislative Decree no. 152 of 03/04/2006).
